Starts from the Tuggeranong Pool carpark. This is a speed work session with varying distances. All levels welcome.

Starts from the Tuggeranong Pool carpark. If you are attending
this session for the first time, please check-in with coach Keri first. This
session will concentrate on hill work including hill repeats on-road and off-road.
